Setting Up Windows 10 Pro 64 on ZOTAC B150 Mining ATX Motherboard

ZOTAC B150 Mining ATX Motherboard (B150ATX-A-E)
  1. Install Windows 10
    1. Uncheck all telemetry
    2. Unplug ethernet cable in order to create local account
  2. Three missing in device manager, just need INF file
